If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with our services, please let us know within the first week following your appointment and we will do everything in our power to make things right. We want you to love your hair so we offer redos to correct any services you have received instead of refunds. Our hairstylists will do all they can to make sure you leave happy and refreshed every time you visit.
Cancellation Policy
Over the years, we’ve worked hard to make Jay's Hair Salon a leading female hair salon in Ballwin, MO. In order to accommodate as many customers as we can, we kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice for any service cancellations. Late cancellations and/or no shows of 3 or more times may be subject to a service fee. We understand that your time is important to you and ask for the same in return.
